Rates and Reservations

$1,500 Deposit and $25.00 Reservation Fee is charged with each reservation
The reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.  The $1,500 deposit will be refunded within 10 days of your stay if no damage is reported.  The $250 cleaning fee for all stays will be held from the deposit. 

11% State Room Tax will be added to below rates (State and County Tax)

Half (1/2) of the Total Reservation Amount plus the $1,500 Damage Deposit & $25 Reservation Fee is due when reservation form is submitted. Final Half is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

Fall Season October 29th till January 1st Weekly: $6,500 Nightly: $995 Minimum Stay: 3 Nights	Winter Season January 2nd till March 6th Weekly: $5,500 Nightly: $900     Minimum Stay: 3 Nights
Spring Season March 7th till May 1st Weekly: $6,500 Nightly: $995 Minimum Stay: 3 Nights	Early Summer May 2nd till May 26th Weekly: $7,150 Nightly: $1,100 Minimum Stay: 3 Nights
Summer May 27th till August 21st Weekly: $7,650 Minimum Stay: 1 Week	Late Summer August 22nd till August 30th Weekly: $6,900 Nightly: $1,150 Minimum Stay: 4 Nights
Labor Day Holidays August 31st till September 5th Weekly: $7,650 Nightly: $1,295 Minimum Stay: 4 Nights	Late Summer September 6th till October 1st Weekly: $6,900 Nightly: $1,150 Minimum Stay: 3 Nights
Early Fall October 1st till October 28th Weekly: $5,500 Nightly: $900 Minimum Stay: 2 Nights

Reservations

To Make a Reservation for Stone House Lodge – CLICK HERE

Reservations can be made online or by phone or fax.  All reservations require a credit card number to hold the reservation until payment is received.  Your credit card will not be charged unless payment is not received 30 days prior to arrival.  You may make a reservation printing out the Reservation Form submitting it via Fax or Mail.

We accept only accept Checks, Cash and Money Orders

• Mail Signed Reservation Form to address at the bottom of the form or Fax form to (512)264-3266.

• Once this Form is received, your reservation will be Confirmed and a Confirmation Statement will be sent to you.  The Confirmation Statement will have your directions, key instructions, contact numbers and all other information you will need for your vacation at Stone House Lodge Lake Travis.

***Your Reservation is NOT Confirmed until you receive a Confirmation Statement from Lake Travis Vacation Rentals***
